Where are you located?
Inside Phenix Salon Suites in Sarasota, Florida, Suite 128. About ten minutes from Lakewood Ranch.
What is a salon suite?
A salon suite is a private, fully-equipped salon room rented and run by an independent stylist. Instead of a big open salon with ten chairs, I have a peaceful private room. You'll be the only guest in the suite during your appointment.
How much do services cost?
Every guest's hair is different, so prices vary by service, length, density, and what your hair needs. The full menu, with starting prices for each service, lives on the Services page. If you'd like a personal estimate before booking, send me a quick note with a photo and I'll happily walk you through it.
Do you take walk-ins?
By appointment only. The suite is private and one guest at a time, so every appointment is held just for you.
Do you offer bridal hair?
Yes, I would love to be part of your day. Bridal hair is offered by consultation only, so we can talk through your vision, the schedule, and how many in your party I'll be styling. Reach out when you're ready and we'll set up a time to chat.
Will you talk about faith during my appointment?
There is no pressure either way. I am here for you. If you'd like to pray together or share what's on your heart, the door is wide open. If you'd rather not mention faith at all, that's just as welcome. Your appointment is your time.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens. Please give 24 hours' notice when you can, and email or text to reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a small fee.
How do I book?
Visit the Book page, choose a service and a time that works, or send a quick note through the Contact page. I confirm every appointment personally, usually within a day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and good old cash. There's no extra surcharge for using a card. A gentle thank-you tip is appreciated but never required.
Where do I park, and how do I find the suite?
Phenix Salon Suites — Fruitville Commons has free parking right out front, plenty of spaces. When you walk inside the main entrance, you'll see a directory — look for Suite 128, that's me.
